Rachel Fearnley:
A sought after somatic practitioner & breathwork coach who lives in Bali with her 7 year old daughter. Rachel started her career as a yoga teacher, life coach and breath coach but soon felt that talking therapy has its limitations. As soon as she started to offer more trauma aware somatic-based support Rachel saw an instant difference in her client’s results and she never looked back.

Lucy Foster-Perkins:
Manifester, breathwork and meditation teacher Lucy who lives in London with her husband, 2 year old and step-children. Lucy also started her career as a Yoga teacher where she specialised in teaching surfers around the world. After experiencing severe burn out Lucy began a journey to understand her body and nervous system better, which now underpins her work as a facilitator and teacher training creator.
